Upgrades no longer need free disk equal to your entire data folder

SparkBox 1.5.79 ships a complete rewrite of how we move your data during self-updates. The old installer was copying your entire media/, downloads/, state, and backups directories into a staging area before swapping them over — which meant you needed as much free disk as you already had in use. That's how Kevin's NAS filled up to 100% mid-upgrade and went dark. Now we use atomic filesystem renames instead of copies. Your data stays in place; we just swap the pointers. Upgrades are near-instant regardless of how much stuff you have stored, and they work on tight drives. • Upgrade now uses rename(2) for all stateful directories — instant, zero extra disk • Auto-rollback still works; we pull user data from the broken install before swapping back • Failed upgrades revert cleanly with full data integrity If you've been holding off on updates because you're running tight on storage, upgrade now.
