Sorry, a server that needs a hard power cycle before it boots again is frustrating. Let's narrow it down before anything gets changed. Three quick questions first: 1. Which SparkBox version is installed? 2. When it freezes, can you still open the Proxmox web page and the VM's console? That tells us whether only the VM froze or the whole host did. 3. How much RAM is the SparkBox VM given, and what else runs on the same Proxmox host? Then, after your next reboot, run these read-only checks inside the SparkBox VM. Nothing gets repaired yet. - sudo journalctl --list-boots lists each boot. After the reboot, the one that froze is -1. - sudo journalctl -b -1 -p err --no-pager | tail -40 shows the last errors before it froze. - sudo dmesg -T | grep -i -E 'out of memory|oom|killed process' prints a line if Linux ran out of memory. - df -h / shows the Use% column. Close to 100% means the disk filled up. - sudo sparkbox status, then sudo sparkbox doctor runs SparkBox's own health check. If the VM itself froze, the Proxmox host's log has the other half of the story. If you have shell access there, run journalctl -b -1 -p err --no-pager | tail -40 on the host too. Please post only the error lines, with IP addresses, hostnames and usernames removed. If you'd rather not share them publicly, open a private ticket at https://demox.world/support and mention this thread there. Please hold off on any repair or reset commands until we've seen the output.
