Home Assistant is running but my browser says "can't reach this page" at [LAN address 9]:8

My question: Home Assistant is running but my browser says "can't reach this page" at [LAN address 9]:8123. Why? SparkBox AI replied: Home Assistant's container is missing. gethealth lists sb-homeassistant as absent even though the module is enabled, so nothing is listening on 8123. Its settings and data should still be on disk, and recreating the container should bring it back. I tried to queue the fix (sudo sparkbox up), but SparkBox refused because another operation is already running on the box, probably an update, setup, or module change. Nothing was changed. Give it a few minutes, then ask me to retry the repair. If you'd rather not wait, you can run sudo sparkbox up homeassistant from /volume2/sparkbox yourself. That's the narrower command for this module. Doctor also raised a separate warning: the apps' network (sbproxy) can't reach tomsparkbox.com. That matters because the reverse proxy waits forever on boot without internet, and certificates and updates fail too. The check was still testing which layer is blocked when it stopped, so I don't have a result yet. Once the other operation finishes, I'll re-run doctor and check that before anything else. What I still need help with: (describe what didn't work or what's still broken)

Sorry, the earlier answer gave you a wrong path. Ignore /volume2/sparkbox: SparkBox does not install there by default, so you can run the repair from any folder. The likely cause is that the Home Assistant container is not running right now, and a "can't reach this page" on port 8123 is what you get when nothing is listening there. The "another operation is running" message is a safety lock. It clears by itself after about ten minutes, so if you see it, wait and run the same command again. The network warning in that earlier answer is not verified, so set it aside for now. One check first. Run: sudo docker ps -a --filter name=sb-homeassistant --format '{{.Names}} {{.Status}}' and tell me what it prints. If it shows Up, Home Assistant is running and we'll look at the address next. If it shows Created, Exited or nothing at all, run sudo sparkbox up homeassistant and tell me the last few lines it prints. We have corrected what the assistant knows, so the next person is not sent down that path.
