These containers need attention on my SparkBox: immich-server (stopped), jellyfin (stopped

My question: These containers need attention on my SparkBox: immich-server (stopped), jellyfin (stopped). What's wrong and can you fix them? SparkBox AI replied: Not fixed yet. I ran sparkbox up and both containers are still down with the same error. What's wrong: Jellyfin and Immich were stopped at 11:03 UTC during the update to SparkBox 1.7.6. Everything else was recreated after that, but these two weren't, and their Docker network no longer exists. Docker can't start a container that points at a missing network, so a plain restart won't work. Their logs show normal operation right up to the shutdown. The doctor flagged an Immich "crash-loop," but the actual blocker is the missing network. Immich's originals are on disk, and nothing in these logs points to lost data. Next step: rebuild the networking the documented way. Run this on the box: sudo sparkbox down sudo sparkbox up This stops the whole stack for a few minutes, then recreates every network and starts everything back up. Your photos and Jellyfin library stay where they are. Once it's up, check with sudo docker ps that sb-jellyfin and sb-immich-server show running. If either one still exits with "network not found" after that, don't reinstall or delete anything. Click Share to demox so Tom can look at the 1.7.6 update path, since that's where this started. What I still need help with: (describe what didn't work or what's still broken) Ran the following; sudo sparkbox down sudo sparkbox up there is still an issue so ran: sudo sparkbox upgrade but still to early for the next release

Sorry this is still down after the steps you've already tried. The earlier explanation from the SparkBox AI assistant, a missing Docker network, was a guess we cannot confirm for your box, and it sent you through a full stop and start that did not bring them back. That was a wrong step, and I'm sorry for it. What we can confirm from the 1.7.6 release is this: when a box sets up the Media Center's Jellyfin login during an update, SparkBox can briefly stop that Jellyfin on purpose and should start it again afterwards. If it did not come back, it stays stopped until it is started by hand. We have not yet confirmed what stopped Immich. We have corrected what the assistant knows so the next person is not sent down the same path. One read-only check, which changes nothing. Run this and paste the lines it prints. No logs needed: sudo docker ps -a --format '{{.Names}} {{.Status}}' | grep -E 'jellyfin|immich-server' "Up ..." means that container is running. "Exited ..." or "Created" means it is stopped. Once I see those lines I'll tell you the next step.
