SparkBox releases shipped on Wed Oct 21, 2026 (UTC), in order, newest at the bottom. This thread is updated as releases land during the day. Update from the SparkBox dashboard, or run sudo sparkbox upgrade on your SparkBox host. Legend boxes get every release the day it ships; free boxes get it after it has run there for a week. Your Emby password is in Settings → Service Passwords. - Emby now shows as healthy on the dashboard: its health check was asking Emby for a page it does not have. - The Emby guide and Tom AI's answers now say where your Emby password is. - sudo sparkbox doctor runs all of its checks again on boxes where SparkBox made the Navidrome or Audiobookshelf login: since 1.7.2 it stopped part-way through. - After you install Plex, the window to link it to your Plex account now stays on top instead of being covered by the 'installed and running' window. - Tom AI: when your VPN stopped because one of its saved settings is wrong, Tom now tells you which setting and how to fix it, instead of restarting your download apps for nothing. - Tom AI: when it hands a problem to the support team, the report now includes the checks and fixes it already tried earlier in the same chat. - VPN: if you use Surfshark through its own WireGuard file (Other / Custom), SparkBox now turns off encrypted DNS for you the way it already did for Surfshark picked from the list — Surfshark blocks it inside the tunnel — and the checkup names it first.
