Legend Tier Device Activation & PC Resets

I have a question regarding the Legend Tier for Sparkbox. The description mentions that one purchase covers three Sparkboxes. How does this activation limit work in practice? Specifically, if I wipe/reset my PC and reinstall Sparkbox, will that count as a new activation and consume another one of my 3 uses? I reinstall my operating system regularly, so I want to ensure my activations aren't permanently used up by routine resets.

But the three slots are not permanent lifetime uses: if a new activation fills the limit, SparkBox automatically recycles the oldest install slot. Routine resets therefore shouldn't permanently use up your entitlement.
