Sorry—the earlier reply jumped from a reported 403 to a resync command without establishing why Seerr sign-in is failing, and I can’t verify the suggested command’s --user option. Seerr signs in through Jellyfin; being able to sign in to Jellyfin does not by itself tell us whether the same account works through Seerr. Please reply with your SparkBox version and whether the exact Jellyfin account you use in Seerr can currently sign in to Jellyfin; don’t include any password. I’ve corrected what I rely on so this unsupported command advice isn’t repeated.

Following up, and sorry: I asked you for details we already had from your other thread. The resync command in the AI's answer is the wrong route for your box, so please don't run it. Here's what that 403 means. Seerr signs you in by asking Jellyfin, using the sparkbox account. Jellyfin answering 403 means it still has that account switched off. It does that by itself after several wrong passwords in a row. The Jellyfin login that works for you is a different account, which is why Jellyfin opens but Seerr doesn't. Because sparkbox is your only Jellyfin admin, resync can't get past this either. SparkBox 1.6.849 or newer fixes exactly this: 1. In the box's terminal, run sudo sparkbox version. If it shows anything below 1.6.849, run sudo sparkbox upgrade first. 2. Then run sudo sparkbox reset-password jellyfin in the terminal. Don't use the Reset button on the Passwords page for this one. 3. Jellyfin stops for a few seconds while the account is switched back on. Then the command tries the new password on Seerr and prints a line saying Seerr sign-in was re-verified, followed by the username and the new password. 4. Sign in to Seerr with the username sparkbox and that new password. Your library, your family's accounts and your settings aren't touched. Please don't delete or reset any Jellyfin data. If step 2 ends with an error, paste just its last few lines here, without the password. Once you're in, put the new password into any TV or phone app that signs in as sparkbox, or Jellyfin can switch it off again. What our assistant knows has been corrected, so the next person with this message gets pointed to this fix, not the resync command.
