Sorry the assistant ran out of steps on you here. When Radarr says "Download client not available" but the Test button passes, qBittorrent is usually fine. Radarr is saying it has no working client for the kind of download it picked. There are two common reasons: 1. The release Radarr picked is a Usenet (NZB) release, not a torrent. qBittorrent only takes torrents, so its test passes and its queue stays empty. Radarr needs its SABnzbd client switched on and working to grab that one. 2. Radarr has parked a client for a while after some earlier failed attempts. It retries on its own later. One check tells them apart: in Radarr, open System → Status and look at the Health box at the top. Reply with the exact message shown there, and say whether the release you tried shows a torrent or an NZB tag in the search results. Please leave out titles, passwords and API keys. The "ran out of steps" answer you got from the assistant is fixed in SparkBox 1.6.835, which came out today. Update with sudo sparkbox upgrade (on Windows, open the box's terminal with wsl -d SparkBox -u root first and leave out sudo).

If SABnzbd is already installed and you can open it, it needs to be added in Radarr as a separate download client, using SABnzbd’s own connection details. Keep its API key private—please don’t post it here. Are you asking how to install SABnzbd, or is it already running and you need help connecting it to Radarr?
