Tom AI running out of steps quickly.

I've noticed that lately for whatever reason, Tom AI feels compelled to do things like Taking a full snapshot of your box — apps, download queue, media wiring and VPN; Reading sb-gluetun logs; Running SparkBox doctor — a full checkup of your box; and writing Current checks: Containers (gethealth) for almost every message that I send. The biggest issue other than time wasting of duplicating its efforts every message is that often Tom AI will run those only to announce "I dug into it but ran out of steps before wrapping up — ask me again, or check the dashboard directly." If the snapshot and doctor was recently run, I don't think it needs to be tried again so soon. If there's a priority that is being asked for, I don't think wasting time and resources on other steps is worthwhile.
