SABnzdb unreachable, then 1 unhealthy app

After the update to 1.6.775, SABnzbd wouldn't open on the browser. I restarted the media apps and the same thing happen. Tom AI had me do about 20+ checks and said that the port wasn't the correct port (or something like that), and wanted me to do some more checks. Frustrated, I just asked why I couldn't just run some type of bootstrap and let sparkbox redo all of the links assignments and port assignments. Tom AI said sure (THEN WHY DID I HAVE TO DO 20+ CHECKS!!!!) Ran Sparkbox up media - that immediately fixed the SABnxbd problem. But now I have another error on the dashboard. Dashboard is showing "1 service need attention, 16 of 17 healthy' and gives me a link to the APPS page to find it myself. Well, if you already know one of the apps is unhealthy, then just tell me which one. Why do I have to play where's waldo to find the app that is unhealthy???? So, now I go through a web page of 30+ apps, looking for something amiss. Under Media Server, it shows '1 service unhealthy'. THEN TELL ME WHICH ONE!!!! nope. all of the apps listed in Media Server are green. So, here I am pondering why I ever even try TOM AI (seriously, has it ever fixed a problem without going down a rabbit hole). Also, what is the point of having messages such as 1 app is unhealthy and not providing which one. Obviously the program knows which one, because it knows it is unhealthy in the first place. SO, how do i resolve?

The remaining dashboard message is not useful when it says one service is unhealthy but the Media Server cards all look green; I can’t identify which app from the information in the post. Could you share a cropped screenshot showing that warning and the Media Server cards (please hide any private address or domain)? That will let us match the count to what the dashboard is actually showing. We’ve corrected what our support assistant knows about this report so it won’t keep sending the next person down the same checks.

You're right — those are dashboard screenshots, and asking you for screenshots of the dashboard again was redundant. I'm sorry. I can see the mismatch you mean: the Media Server summary gives a count but doesn't name a service, while the visible app cards look green. I can't identify a specific unhealthy app from these images, and I don't want to send you through more checks or restarts. The dashboard's count-only health message is a known issue, but there is no verified released fix to point you to yet. Since SABnzbd is opening again, please leave it as it is for now; you do not need to run another repair for this display mismatch.

Thanks for reporting this: the dashboard said an app needed attention but never said which one. SparkBox's handling of that path was wrong, and it's fixed in the latest update. Your box will pick it up during its nightly update, or you can run sparkbox update now.
