I understand what you mean: you want the assistant to inspect the box, explain what is actually wrong, and offer a safe fix—not just report that a scan passed. The current experience is not meeting that bar. I’ve recorded this as a feature request for the team. If you have a specific current failure, please open a separate support post with the SparkBox version, the app affected, and the exact error; that gives us something concrete to verify rather than guessing.

You were right, and it was our bug, not the assistant getting worse at its job. Since the Sept 15 change to the AI service, the dashboard had a guard that was meant to stop the assistant inventing failures. On any "why is this happening" question it threw the assistant's explanation away and showed only its raw checks: the container list, the download queue, the indexer state. That is exactly the wall of "healthy" you got when you asked about Jellyfin, with nothing about Jellyfin in it. The guard now keeps the explanation and only removes sentences the checks cannot back. That is v1.6.745, shipping today through the staged rollout, so your box picks it up on its own within hours (or sudo sparkbox update later today). On the Jellyfin folder itself: Jellyfin and the arr apps share the same paths, so in Jellyfin add a library and choose /data/Movies for films or /data/TV for shows. If those folders do not appear in Jellyfin's folder picker at all, that is a mount problem on the box rather than a Jellyfin setting, and I would like to see it: open a private ticket from the dashboard (Support, then private ticket) and tick "attach diagnostics". As a Legend it goes straight to our support engineer, and the bundle shows us the mounts without anyone touching your box. Sorry for the run-around on this one.
