These SparkBox updates are now available: v1.6.735 — Approve a support repair from your dashboard - When support knows the fix is one SparkBox command, they can attach it to their reply to your private ticket. It shows up in your dashboard under Settings → Support repairs with what it does and how long it takes, and nothing happens until you press Approve. Your box then runs it the same way it runs an update, and the result goes back to your ticket by itself. Support never gets access to your box, and the list of possible repairs is short and fixed. Update from the SparkBox dashboard, or run sudo sparkbox upgrade on your SparkBox host. If a problem remains after updating, submit a private support ticket or reply here. Include your SparkBox version and what you see; leave passwords and licence keys out.
