VPN not connecting

Hi Im Mackace and am very green to this. im trying to do a setup for plex, sonarr, radarr, etc. during the automatic setup its not getting the VPN info. i followed the instructions and entered the wireguard and everything else but nothing. i try to run a log to have AI help and there isnt a log. what can be done to fix this? I paid for Legend and purchased Surfshark even tho i have IPVanish thinking that would help. ive even entered my credentials for IPVanish and still SparkBox not detecting my VPN even tho my VPN is active
