Over the past few days some of you got empty or error responses from Tom AI in the dashboard, and Chris was slow to answer here on the forum — sometimes an hour or more, occasionally not at all. That was on us. We were changing the AI setup behind both, and a couple of those changes broke things in ways our own monitoring did not catch quickly enough. As of today both are fixed and verified working, and we have added checks so this kind of failure gets caught in minutes rather than days. If you asked something during that window and never got a proper answer, reply here or post again and Chris will pick it up. Thanks for your patience.
