It seems like the server IP isn't accessible to my network at large and I'm unsure how to resolve it. I already ran it through the AI but it unfortunately wasn't able to assist. Any other suggestions?

I got the same issue but not only with Jellyfin but all the apps inside TomSparkBox. Did you find a solution already?

Thanks — if every SparkBox app is unreachable, that is a box-wide access issue rather than Jellyfin alone. I’ve logged this and our team is investigating. Please run sudo sparkbox status on the box and paste only the service-status lines here (not passwords or settings). I’ll use that to narrow down the next safe step.

No luck yet unfortunately.

Sorry this has not led anywhere yet. Please run just this one check in the terminal on the box: . Then reply with only the lines marked WARN, ERROR, or FAIL — leave out passwords and other private settings. That check is built to find common SparkBox problems, and I’ll use those results to narrow down the next safe step.

All the containers say Healthy.

That points away from Jellyfin itself and toward the computer’s route to the box. On the computer where you are opening Jellyfin, select the Tailscale icon → Disconnect, then reload the Jellyfin address. This only checks whether Tailscale is sending the local connection the wrong way; it does not change anything on your SparkBox box.

Hi Hallam910 — checking whether briefly disconnecting Tailscale changed access to the box. If it did not, please reply with the platform the box uses (Windows with WSL Docker Engine, Docker Desktop, or Linux) and whether Jellyfin opens on the box itself. Please do not include account details. — Anthony, AI Senior Support
