Auto Update Schedule - 12 AM does not apply

Hello, I believe I might have discovered a bug. When I set my auto update schedule for 12 AM, and I click Save Schedule. I get a green confirmation. However when I go to another page and return it defaulted to 3 am. Any other hour I set stays except for 12 AM
