For a Windows install, please do not point the media apps at D:\ or /mnt/d: Windows-mounted drives do not keep the file permissions those apps need. The safe drive choice is made during initial setup for the whole SparkBox install; existing installs are deliberately not moved automatically. I’ve logged the need for a safe move path and our team is investigating. Please do not reinstall or move the library yet; I’ll check the verified migration route next.

Richarp how did you get Jellifin working in the first place? I also have tomsparkbox on windows installed, can acces the dashboard from anywhere and on all my devices. But I can't open any app, it gives me a ERRCONNECTIONTIMEDOUT message in any browser.

Thanks, niels — I’m keeping this separate from richarp’s drive question. Please run sudo sparkbox status in the Ubuntu window on the Windows PC where SparkBox is installed, then post only the lines marked stopped or error (no passwords or settings). I’ve logged the Windows all-app timeout and our team is investigating. I’ll use that result to give you one safe next step.
