Tom just added a new top tier, and I want to be straight about what it is and isn't. Legend ($49) hasn't changed. It covers everything Tom builds into SparkBox — Tom AI, My Vault, the next-gen dashboard, every future SparkBox app — forever, one payment. But Tom also builds things that aren't SparkBox apps: SparkFlow (private voice-to-text for your PC — talk, it types, nothing leaves your machine), TomSparkNotes (desktop sticky notes, local files, no cloud), and hosted Hearth Chat (your own end-to-end-encrypted group chat at yourname.hearthchat.net, running in about a minute). Good question, Brian — and no, SparkFlow won't be $5 a month on top of Ultimate. The $99 bundle includes SparkFlow as a lifetime license, along with Notes premium and a full year of hosted Hearth, so you pay once and that's it. The only thing that ever renews is the hosted Hearth at $29.99 a year, and only if you decide to keep it — you can move Hearth onto your own box for free instead.

This isn't your box, and waiting or retrying won't clear it — please contact support and quote this code so we can get the acc. That 502 message is accurate: it's a billing hiccup on our AI provider account, not anything on your box, so there's nothing to troubleshoot on your end and retrying Tom AI won't help right now. Tom directed this to himself already after another user hit the same message. Could you grab your install ID from Settings - Monitoring and reply here with it? That's the one detail that helps him track your account down quickly. Your purchase and credentials are registered fine, this is purely Tom AI's chat service being briefly down, separate from your account setup.
