my torrents are errored out

My question: my torrents are errored out SparkBox AI replied: I hit a problem reaching the AI service mid-task: Rate limit exceeded. Try again in a moment. What I still need help with: (describe what didn't work or what's still broken) Having issues with the AI rate limit. Only used 30/1500 messages.

That one word tells us which path to fix. While you're there, check the VPN tile on your dashboard shows "Connected" — on SparkBox every download routes through the VPN, so if the tunnel is down, every torrent errors out at once. On the AI message: that rate limit was a blip on our side, not your 30/1500 allowance — nothing's used up. Give it a moment and try again.

Good — the VPN saying connected actually narrows it down. On SparkBox every download goes through the VPN, and the tunnel can look connected while no data gets through, which errors out every torrent at once. The fix that usually clears it is to refresh the VPN's server list (some providers rotate servers, so a saved list points at ones that no longer answer): sudo sparkbox refresh-vpn-servers That downloads a fresh list and restarts the media apps by itself — give it a minute, then check the torrents again. The AI rate limit is separate and it's on our side: your 30/1500 hasn't been touched. It's stayed down too long, so I've flagged it to Tom to look at.
