WSL isolation fixed, GPU detection smarter, installer stops false alarms

SparkBox 1.6.551 ships with three fixes I pulled from your support reports and the telemetry. The big one: Windows boxes running multiple WSL distros were losing the ability to execute Windows programs across the board when you stopped or restarted SparkBox — that's fixed now, and existing installs get the protection on next update. I also reviewed the doctor's GPU checks against real hardware configs and found it was wrong-flagging Immich, Plex, and Emby when their GPUs were actually working; those apps use different GPU wiring than Jellyfin, and the detector now reads what's actually there. On the installer side, I traced false "WSL is not responding" aborts back to timing noise, and failures now log the real problem instead of a generic message so you can actually debug if something goes sideways. Head to your Updates tab on the dashboard to pull 1.6.551.
