BUG after Ugreen NAS Update

After you update the Ugreen NAS Version to 1.18.1.0098. All media Apps lose access to the Root Media folder. The Shared Folder isnt encrypted on my end and I set the correct Path under the Server Configuration as Media Root. In Radarr / Sonarr you cant see the Path /data, there is just nothing there. Thank you for your help and the fix for this bug -Jonas

What likely happened: the storage pool holding your media took a bit longer to mount than usual after the update, and SparkBox's apps started up before it was ready, so Sonarr/Radarr ended up looking at an empty folder instead of your real one. Try: sudo sparkbox restart media — that restarts just the media apps fresh now that the drive is fully mounted, and Radarr/Sonarr should see your files again. If /data is still empty after that, let us know and we'll dig further.

No need to delete the post -- leaving it up is genuinely useful, since another Ugreen user who hits the same 'media apps lose the Root Media folder after a NAS update' symptom can search and find this thread with the fix (sudo sparkbox restart media) already sitting right there. We'd rather have a few 'solved itself after the reboot settled' threads on the board than have people rediscover the same fix from scratch. Thanks for circling back to confirm it worked!
