Hey Brandon, welcome! To point you the right way, run sudo sparkbox doctor over SSH on the DH4300 -- under Media Storage it prints exactly where your library folder (MEDIAROOT) lives on the box. If it's a folder you can browse in UGOS's own file manager, you can drag your existing downloads straight in there. If your files are still on the original share/path used before SparkBox, that's the fastest way to see both locations side by side. Paste what doctor prints if it's not obvious and I'll walk you through the move.

Thanks for narrowing it down, Brandon -- that's a different problem than the folder just being in the wrong spot. To pin it down: could you paste the exact path sudo sparkbox doctor printed under Media Storage, and tell me what happens when you try to open it in UGOS's File Manager -- permission denied, folder missing, or something else? While you're at it, run sudo sparkbox check-media-perms over SSH and paste what that prints too -- it checks whether your apps can actually read/write there, which helps tell an app-side permissions issue apart from a File-Manager-visibility one.

Good news — that "already exists" message confirms your files really are there. UGOS's own Files app just isn't showing that folder because it only lists folders it registered itself, not ones SparkBox created directly on the drive. Easiest fix: skip UGOS's Files app and use SparkBox's own File Browser app instead. In your dashboard's Apps page, turn on "File Browser" if it isn't already, then open it (it runs on port 8086) and log in with the password shown under Settings → Passwords. It opens straight into that same media folder so you can drag your downloads in from there.

Not your fault, this is a known gap on our end. Over SSH, run sudo sparkbox upgrade first — that moves you onto the newer SparkBox release, not just an app refresh, and it includes a recent fix for File Browser logins exactly like this. Give it a couple minutes, then check Settings - Passwords again for a File Browser row and use that. If it's still missing after that, reply here and we'll dig in directly.

Easiest way: inside File Browser click the + button (usually bottom right) and choose Upload, then pick your movie files (or a whole folder if it lets you). That drops them straight into your media library folder. Uploading through the browser can be slow for big video files, so try one movie first, confirm it shows up, then do the rest. Once they're in there, Sonarr/Radarr should pick them up automatically if you've already got those set up.
