Run this one on your box: sudo sparkbox upgrade sudo sparkbox update is the one most people reach for, but it only refreshes your apps and cannot move you onto the newer release where the fix lives. After the upgrade finishes, reload your dashboard once with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) and the chat should open. If it is still quiet after that, reply with what sparkbox --version prints — but please keep your license key and purchase email out of the thread.
