Patch shipped: v1.6.431 — failed installs now show the real error

Quick follow-up to v1.6.430: v1.6.431 makes failed app installs actually tell you what went wrong. Before, a failed install just said "exit code 1" and you had to dig through the log (or ask us) to find the cause. Now the dashboard pulls the actual last error line — a permissions issue, a missing folder, a bad setting — and shows it right under the title, with the full log still there below. Faster to spot and fix. Update from your dashboard's Updates tab when you get a chance.
