Patch shipped: v1.6.421 — classic dashboard Library card sizes to its content

Quick follow-up to yesterday's layout work, this time for the classic dashboard: the Library & downloads card could keep its full height even when its poster sections were empty — leaving a big blank area at the bottom of the card on boxes without library content yet. It now sizes itself to what it's actually showing, and it keeps tracking your library as it grows or shrinks. This only touches customized layouts; if you've dragged and arranged your own Home, nothing moves except that card hugging its content properly. Nothing to do on your end — your box picks it up on its next auto-update. If a card still looks off on your screen, post here with a screenshot and I'll take a look.
