SparkBox generates the Jellyfin password for you and keeps it in your SparkBox dashboard: open the dashboard in your browser, go to Settings, then Passwords, and it's listed there. Sign in to Jellyfin with the username sparkbox (all lowercase) and that password, copy-pasted exactly. If Jellyfin still rejects it after that, come back and tell me and I'll get you in another way.
