Those two — prometheus-init and grafana-init — are 'one-time setup' containers: they run for a few seconds when Prometheus or Grafana first starts, to set up their config files, then exit on purpose. Nothing is crashed or broken. The dashboard cleanup in .319 missed them — I'll add them to the hide list in the next update so they stop cluttering the view. Until then they're completely safe to ignore.
