Patch shipped: v1.6.318 — n8n update, Tom AI fix, transcoding + VPN tweaks

Another batch of fixes is live, thanks for the reports: - n8n updated to the latest 1.x (security + stability). Your existing workflows and data carry over automatically — but please run a quick backup first to be safe (Settings, or: sudo sparkbox backup). - Tom AI no longer shows blank replies — if an answer would've come back empty, you now get a clear message instead. - Fixed hardware transcoding switching off after you restart the media apps from the dashboard (it used to quietly drop to slow software transcoding). - Nvidia graphics cards are now supported for Jellyfin hardware transcoding (was Intel-only). Choose Nvidia for hardware acceleration to turn it on. - Added an option to turn off the VPN's encrypted DNS for the rare setups where it was blocking downloads (apps showing 'can't connect to indexer'). Most people never need this. Update with: sudo sparkbox update (Tip for n8n users especially: back up before updating.) Keep the reports coming!
