feature request: Managed backup sources UI

I'm setting up Duplicati and it involves making a Docker override to mount the NAS volumes I want to back up into the Duplicati container. This is exactly the sort of thing it would be great if Sparkbox simplified. Just a simple list of NAS volumes with checkboxes if you want them available to Duplicati would be amazing. I made this Duplicati specific, but really any app that Sparkbox installs that requires some sort of access to some set of NAS volumes would benefit a lot from a simple helper like this. Plex and Jellyfin come to mind, but I'm sure there are others.

A volume selector, and also an access setting per volume: RO or RW. I think that's the simplest it could be.

Love this — a volume picker with per-folder read-only/read-write toggles is exactly the kind of sharp edge we want to sand down, and you're right that it isn't just Duplicati (Plex and Jellyfin hit the same manual-mount step). I've passed it to Tom as a feature request. No promises on timing, but it's a genuinely good idea and it's on the list now. Thanks for spelling out the minimal version — that part really helps.
