Patch shipped: v1.6.214 — apps with their own database start cleanly after an update

If you enabled an app that runs its own database (like the new Jellystat) and hit a database error after updating, this one's for you. The database was starting up without its password, so it couldn't get going. Fixed now. Run sudo sparkbox update over SSH and the app will come up properly — affected boxes sort themselves out on the next start, no manual cleanup needed. Thanks to Seez for the report and for sending the logs that pinned it.
