You're not being stupid at all — admin/admin used to work but we retired it a while back for security, so it won't let you in anymore. Your real File Browser password is unique to your install. To find it: open your SparkBox dashboard, click Settings, then Passwords (the Service Passwords list) — your File Browser username and password are listed right there. Use those and you'll get straight in. Tell me if you don't see it on that page and we'll sort it out.

Tailscale next: that "name already in use" error is the manual container you set up yesterday clashing with SparkBox's own. Click Recheck on the VPN panel (or just refresh in a couple minutes) and it should flip green. The way it works: the file lands in a temporary spot, then Sonarr automatically moves the finished episode into your TV library, and that library is the one Jellyfin reads. So the check: in Sonarr, open the show you grabbed — does that episode now show as "Downloaded" in green? If yes, it's already sitting in your TV folder and Jellyfin just needs a nudge: go to Jellyfin's dashboard, then Libraries, then "Scan All Libraries", give it a minute and it should appear. If Sonarr does NOT show it as downloaded, tell me and we'll sort the import. (Side note: you've got a few TV-ish libraries — Shows, Shows 2, Tv shows — we'll tidy those once your episode shows up.)

The reason you saw "API key incorrect" is those two warnings are from earlier, before the right key was in place. Look closely though - one of them is from Radarr, which still has the old key. Just do Radarr the exact same way you did Sonarr: open Radarr, Settings then Download Clients, add SABnzbd with Host localhost, Port 8081, that same API Key, leave username and password blank, Test then Save.
