Fair question, that label isn't explained well. "Kill switch at risk" means SparkBox briefly couldn't confirm your downloads would actually stop if the VPN dropped. It flickering on and off (fine most of the time, "at risk" sometimes) usually means that check is just timing out, not that you're actually leaking, and your setup sounds correct (VPN connected, qBittorrent routed through it). If it sticks on "at risk" for more than a few minutes, run sparkbox doctor and paste the VPN section. Otherwise the occasional flicker is safe to ignore, we're working on making that indicator steadier.
