Patch v1.6.136 — updates now retry themselves so they can't get stuck

Important reliability fix. If you ever hit Update and a service didn't restart cleanly on the very first try, the updater used to give up — which could leave your dashboard unreachable until you restarted things by hand. v1.6.136 makes the update self-healing: if something doesn't come up, it waits a few seconds and tries again automatically, and the safety rollback does the same. An update can no longer leave your box stuck. Update the usual way (sudo sparkbox update). Thanks for bearing with the rough edges while we harden this — more update-safety work is on the way.
