Unable to install tailscale or update VPN settings from UI

My setup: Windows 10 Ubuntu WSL2 installed on HDD Docker Engine installed inside WSL, not Docker Desktop SparkBox v1.6.112 fresh install Have this issue when trying to install tailscale. Apologies for the cave man diagnosis following next but is this because when I'm on linux I need to use sudo infront of comands to get it to work but the UI is not doing that? Is there a bash command/ format to install apps and services if UI doesn't work?

Your CLI path is exactly right — sparkbox .env edit to drop the key in, then sparkbox enable tailscale + sparkbox restart tailscale is the correct manual equivalent of what the UI button does, so nothing's broken on your end there. The UI not doing it is the real question, and you're on v1.6.112 — that's ~10 releases back, and a chunk of dashboard-privilege and Tailscale fixes landed since. Update first (Settings → Updates, or sparkbox self-update) to v1.6.122 and retry the UI toggle. If it still silently no-ops after that, that's on us — run sparkbox logs dashboard right after you hit the button and paste it here and I'll dig in. Tailscale itself is up and routing now though, so you're not blocked meanwhile.
