I just saw in the setting that you can use the license on another Sparkbox Server on a different machine. And then flip it back to your first machine. Is this true? I just setup a small box on a Raspberry Pi 4b 8gb, the OS/ Configs on a SSD and an external HDD. I want to use TomAI to help fianlize the system but alas need to wait till payday. But if I can flip the license to the machine to setup the folders on the EXT HDD with TomAI. Again, I am blown away again! Alas, the second box is for Filebrowser, Immich and Tailscale (maybe WordPress later) so my main Box is left to media.

Sure — the email you used is whichever inbox got your license email at checkout. Search each account you have (and its spam/promotions folder) for 'SparkBox'; the delivery subject is something like 'Your SparkBox Pro license key', and the inbox that has it is the address on file. If you can't find it anywhere, just DM @tomspark with the email addresses you think you might have used and he'll match your license to the right one and confirm it back to you.

Yes, that's true — and you don't even have to flip it back and forth. Your license covers 3 active installs at once, so you can activate it on the Raspberry Pi right alongside your main box. When you add it, just use the exact email from checkout and it slots straight in. If you ever do hit all 3, the license server frees up the oldest slot automatically when a new install activates, so moving between machines can't lock you out. The one thing to watch for is a 'too many new installs today' message — that's a 3-per-day safety cap, so wait 24 hours and try again. Go set up that Pi.

Is there a way to find out which email I used, just did a quick search to find nothing?

I tried that, I used the tomsparkbox/recover option.

That's the catch with that page — it only re-sends your key to the email you type in, so it can't look up which address you used. If the address you entered isn't the one from checkout, nothing will arrive. The quickest way through is to DM @tomspark with your name and any emails you might have used — Tom can match your payment to the right one and send the key straight to it.

Okay, I hate to do that. I know he is busy. But as a lst resort.

Please don't feel bad about reaching out — matching a license to the right email is a routine thing for Tom, and he'd much rather you ask than stay stuck guessing. Drop him your name and the couple of addresses you might have used, and he'll sort it out. Then you can get that Raspberry Pi set up. No need to post any of those addresses here — keep them in the DM.

Is there a DM for him i am not seeing?

Yes — on Demox you message someone right from their profile. Tap Tom's name (@tomspark) anywhere you see it and it opens his profile, where there's a Message button. Send him your name and the email addresses you think you might have used at checkout, and he'll match your license to the right one. No need to post any of those here.
