Failed to Start Container error

I recently got TomSparkBox and was attempting to download the media package when I kept getting the same error for multiple downloads, I would try restarting it and it would continuously tell me that it failed to start container. I then purchased TomAI to help remedy the issue which just told me it was at its maximum usage limit for the day even though I hadn't used it once, I also refunded my NordVPN and purchased Surfshark instead to get the Wire guard hopefully to remedy the issue but the issue remains. I am new to server hosting and need any tips to fix the issue

In your terminal run — it checks each app and prints, in plain lines, exactly which one failed to start and why. Paste back the lines under the media and VPN sections and I'll point you straight at the fix. Also tell me what you're installing on (a Windows PC, a UGREEN NAS, or something else) — that changes the next step. And the Tom AI 'maximum usage limit for the day' was our side hitting a shared daily cap, not anything you used up.
